  8. Hello Mary. Love your photography. It's what you are best at so never apologize for it! I really love how you get big close-ups. I can't do that with my little camera as the images look too blurry really close-up. Love the transferware....so beautiful. Sincerely, Susan

    Lovely.
And -- a question -- My husband wants to know what camera you use. He's looking for a hobby other than Dunkin Donuts. He is not happy with my humble point and shoot camera.

  37. Hi Mary, no matter!
I can never think of anything to blog about..so you are certainly not alone. I post and then make excuses for what I posted about...why it isn't this or why it isn't that.

I think just saying "I don't have anything to say is funnier than all get out and at least it's the truth.
For goodness sakes...you got 40 comments from saying "I have nothing to say.." and showing a lovely serving dish.
Just your photography, without speaking a word...
well...you KNOW how I feel about your photography.

Can..um..can I blog about my book of photo's?
No..I can't do that. Somehow it just doesn't seem fair to you..still...

I love the transferware by the way. I had an entire set of 12 and let daughter #3 have it.
WHAT WAS I THINKING! That's what I thought when I saw yours. :)

  41. Hi Mary,
I found your blog by searching for transferware info....I bought a huge brown and white set today for $150 which I think may be the best buy of my lifetime thus far! I'll, hopefully, pick them up tomorrow and post some pics on my blog...the pattern is called "Prairie Flowers" by Ridgly.
Yours is so lovely, love that color and your pictures are amazing!
