Willowwood Arboretum, Part IV

I'm going to be a post and run blogger today. Please forgive me, but my father-in-law is in intensive care, and my mother-in-law, who suffers from dementia, needs someone to sit with her. I was gone from home most of yesterday, and expect to be so again today.

These photos were taken several weeks ago at Willowwood Arboretum. For more information, check out my posts here, here and here.

And if you could, please say a prayer. Thanks.

  1. I definitely will pray (and maybe a few others, too)! I hope that it was a bit refreshing to look at these lovely photos. This looks like a place from a novel - very romantic!

    Take care! Katy Noelle xo

  2. I will say a prayer for your father-in-law. I hope everything gets back to normal soon.

  3. Immediate knee-mails being sent on their behalf, Mary! It is so very hard when the elderly start to fail.
I'll be thinking of you & praying that things turn around for the better very soon.

Thanks for the lovely shots of the arboretum. It looks so lush & cool. I would love to have such gardens but I sure don't want the work of caring for them. I'd need *staff*, too! :-)

    Take care of yourself.

  4. Your shots of Willowwood Arboretum are gorgeous. So calm and serene. Take care of yourself while you take care of others. Wishing you well.

  5. Part VI is wonderful. I will keep you in my thoughts during this difficult time. Keep well.

  6. Such lush grounds ...
    Hope all goes well today,
    xoxo~Kathy @

Beautiful photos - thanks for sharing them with us.

  8. Your father-in-law is in my prayers. My mother-in-law also had dementia and feel for you very deeply. It is a very tough road to travel, it gives us strenth we didn't know we had. All the best and strength to you.

  9. Praying for your father-in-law. Carla

  10. Hello Mary....You and your loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care. The photos are just lovely and so green. Take care and be gentle with yourself during this stressful time. Sincerely, Susan

  11. Mary I certainly will pray for your FIL. It must be very difficult for you with his illness and taking care of your MIL. Please take care of yourself too.

  12. Sweet Mary...
My father had alzheimers and the time and saddness that comes with that is over whelming at times.

My prayers are with your family and if i could ever do anything for you... please done hesitate to ask.

  13. Mary, I will be thinking of you today - my prayers go out to your family.

  14. Lifting you, your father in-law and mother in-law up to Him Who loves beyond measure...
Peace, strength and joy to you as you care for them today..
